Refund policy

Products once sold cannot be returned and payment once received cannot be refunded.

If your package is missing and item or an incorrect item was sent to you, please let us know at bitemetreatsnmore@gmail.com and we shall send over a replacement. 

We shall not be held responsible to send a replacement for your order/item of our storage instructions aren’t followed for the treats. 

Following items are not eligible for replacement: 

- Damaged due to misuse 
- Used Item
